By booking services with Vimetify you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are intended to ensure clear expectations, consistent service quality, and a professional experience for both parties.
All services are provided on a time-based basis, unless otherwise stated in writing. A standard cleaning consists of one cleaner for three (3) hours. Service scope is limited to what can reasonably be completed within the scheduled time. Additional services, add-ons, or extended time must be approved in advance and may result in additional charges.
Payment is required prior to service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Certain packages or promotions may require full payment upfront and are non-refundable once processed. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
Clients are responsible for providing a safe and reasonable working environment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond the agreed scope, or if access to the property is not available at the scheduled time. In such cases, charges may still apply.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Recurring clients are responsible for maintaining consistent scheduling to ensure service continuity.
While we take pride in delivering high-quality service, results may vary based on the condition of the home. We do not guarantee the return of security deposits, nor do we provide repair, restoration, or damage remediation services. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Clients agree not to solicit or hire our cleaners directly for private services outside of Vimetify. All services must be scheduled and managed through the company to maintain quality control and proper coverage.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
