Understand your Eye Prescription

Frames are prepared within 2–4 business days.
Prescription orders require 5–10 business days for lens production and inspection.
Each pair is made to order — not pulled from a shelf.
Contact us immediately.
If production hasn’t started, we’ll update it. If lenses have already been cut, we’ll work with you on a remake solution.
Precision matters — and we stand by it.
Orders may be adjusted before lens production begins.
Once lenses are cut, changes are limited due to customization.
We recommend reviewing your RX carefully before checkout.
We accept returns on frames within 30 days in original condition.
Prescription lenses are custom-made, but if there is an error on our end, we will remake them at no cost.
